Ansomone is a type of Human Growth Hormone (HGH) that is produced synthetically through recombinant DNA technology. It is a sterile, lyophilized formulation that contains 191 amino acids, which is slightly different from the original 192 amino acid sequence. Ansomone is designed to replicate the naturally produced HGH in the human body and is used to treat growth failure due to endogenous growth hormone deficiency (GHD), Turner disease, and kidney failure. It is manufactured by Anke Bio Co., Ltd.
Ansomone for anti-aging and bodybuilding
Ansomone HGH is a powerful anabolic supplement that not only promotes muscle growth but also increases the number of muscle cells. It helps to reduce fat storage and build up strength in the tendons and cartilage. To achieve the best results, it is recommended to take 4IU per day (2IU in the morning and 2IU in the late afternoon) for bodybuilding purposes, or 2IU per day for anti-aging purposes. By taking Ansomone HGH, an individual can experience improved muscle growth, fat burning, and increased strength.
Pharmacology of Ansomone
Ansomone is a human growth hormone that has the same effects as the hormone naturally produced in the body. It can help to increase the rate of linear growth and widen epiphyses, as well as promote protein synthesis throughout the body. It can also help to reverse the negative nitrogen equilibrium caused by injury or surgery, correct hypoproteinemia due to severe infections or liver cirrhosis, stimulate the synthesis of immunoglobulins and the proliferation of lymphocytes, macrophages and lymphadenoid, and help to speed up wound healing. Additionally, it can help to improve cardiac contractility and reduce cardiac oxygen consumption, regulate lipometabolism and lower cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein levels. It can also be used to complement insufficiencies or deficiencies of growth hormone, regulate lipometabolism, osteometabolism, heart and kidney functions in adults.
Ansomone can be administered both subcutaneously and intramuscularly. While subcutaneous administration may lead to higher concentrations of GH in the plasma, intramuscular administration also increases IGF-1 hormone levels.
Black market and counterfeit Ansomone
Between 2005 and 2007, Ansomone was widely available on the market, although it wasn’t technically considered to be a black market as it wasn’t illegal. However, after the Chinese government took action to shut down the majority of growth hormone manufacturers, Ansomone was no longer as widely available. In recent years, there have been a number of counterfeit versions of Ansomone that have appeared online. It is believed that the majority of Ansomone currently available is fake.
Ansomone EFFECT (PHARMACOLOGY AND TOXICOLOGY)
Ansomone has a similar effect to the natural Human Growth Hormone (HGH) in the body. It can stimulate the growth and differentiation of bone-forming cells (epiphysis chondrocytes) and cartilage matrix cells, resulting in an increased rate of linear growth and an increased width of the epiphysis. Additionally, it can reverse the negative nitrogen balance caused by injury or surgery, correct low levels of proteins due to severe infection or hepatitis, stimulate the synthesis of immune globulin, and the proliferation of lymphadenitis, macrophage, and lymphocyte, which increases the body’s resistance to infection. Ansomone can also promote the production of collagenolytic, fibroblasts, and macrophages at the burn and surgical sites, thus accelerating wound healing. In terms of cardiovascular health, it can promote the synthesis of cardiocytes and improve cardiac contractility, while lowering the oxygen consumption of the heart. Lastly, it can regulate lipometabolism and reduce the levels of cholesterol and low-density lipoproteins in the body, as well as complement the deficiency of growth hormone in adults and regulate their lipometabolism, osteometabolism, heart, and kidney functions.
Ansomone Usage
Ansomone is a medication used to treat growth failure in children and severe burns. The recommended dosage for growth failure is 0.1-0.15IU/kg of body weight per day, administered subcutaneously over a period of three months to three years. For severe burns, the recommended dosage is 0.2-0.14IU/kg of body weight per day, administered subcutaneously over a period of two weeks. The therapy regimen may be modified according to the advice of an experienced doctor. When administering the medication, 1 ml of sterile water for injection should be injected along the bottle wall, then the vial should be gently swirled until the contents are completely dissolved. Shaking the vial violently should be avoided.
ADVERSE REACTIONS & SIDE EFFECTS
Growth hormone can lead to a temporary increase in blood sugar levels, which can be reversed as the treatment is continued or stopped. In clinical trials, about 1% of children with short stature experienced adverse reactions such as slight pain, tingling, swelling at the injection site, swelling in the limbs, and joint pain. Additionally, long-term or high-dosage use of rhGH may cause the body to produce antibodies in some patients. These adverse reactions typically occur at the start of treatment and are generally tolerable and temporary in nature.
